I see you were curious. The term health coach is a bit misleading for let me break it down for you:
What I do: I help people change a lot of small habits in many areas of their lives, so they can start to live the lives they really are craving. What that means is if you have a few extra pounds you want to wave goodbye to, I’ve got you covered. Lacking energy? I have your back. Cravings keeping you at their mercy? We can come up with a solution. By focusing on changing habits, it is easy for them to just become how you think, which means, you got it, you get changes that last.
Now for the caveat: You need to WANT to change. If you don’t want to put in the work, no amount of me helping you can get you want you are after (let’s be honest here.)
Now, here is what a health coach ISN’T:
I am not a doctor, if you think you have a medical problem, please, please, go to a doctor.
I am not a psychologist, again, if you have a problem, please reach out.
I am not a nutritionist, RDN’s go to school for 5 years (or more), and they are amazing.
I am not a psychiatrist, again, again, if you need help, please get the help you need!
I am not a physical trainer (Although, I can probably help you reach out and find any of the above).
All I do, is help people change their lives in huge ways by changing tiny habits.
